Excellent service from Tpp Notch! Both gentlemen took time to explain what they were doing so I would understand. Drew was friendly and knowledgeable. He should get extra kuddos and Top Notch is lucky to have him as an employee. I will be signing up for their VIP Plan.

I would like to commend Service Tech Eddie for his excellent work during our annual a/c checkup this past month. He provided information about a new startup device (5-2-1 Compressor Saver) that reduces electricity consumption on startup and extends life of the compressor unit. The cost savings and delayed replacement of the unit are impressive. Thanks for taking extra time to educate us. We have been Top Notch customers in Olathe for 18 years and at two homes. They have provided excellent and speedy service for our heat and air systems.

Couldnt speak to their work but I had an interesting interaction today with a couple of their techs. I was leaving a Caseys today and held the door open for an elderly man. He was really kind and said thank you. I did it because it was the right thing to do. It feels good when people know how to operate in a society. Well, two techs were trailing behind. Couldnt tell you their names but they were only about 3 paces behind. Literally both of them stare blankly at me the whole way and walk right in. Dont even offer a nod. Ive worked for companies in the past and currently I wear a badge and I know I represent my company when Im out and about. If you drive the truck and wear the uniform. Even when youre not on a job youre on the job. Rep for the company. Consider this some constructive criticism and give a little PR/marketing refresher. Im providing 5 stars because I cant fault a whole company for the behavior of 2. I dont want to ruin the algo. Be better is all.
