After a pretty crazy and turbulent wedding planning journey due to covid, we thought we were finally on the right track when our wedding planner was suddenly no longer able to work with us, and we were searching again. We interviewed several planners, but things just clicked with Erika within moments of hopping on a zoom call with her. She is such a warm, friendly, passionate, and responsible person, and you can sense it as soon as you meet her. My parents can be picky, but within 5 minutes of meeting heor I could tell they were convinced that she was the perfect planner for us. Erika consistently went above and beyond for us. We hired her for month-of coordination, but a snafu with our caterer was solved when she stepped in way before the month point and recommended a company that ended up being a HUGE HIT at our wedding. When I was discouraged or willing to give up on some of my hopes and dreams for the wedding, Erika stepped in and made my vision a reality. The month of the wedding (and even before), Erika served as a point person, and her organization and attention to detail allowed me to relax (which is rare!). Erika contacted all our vendors and kept me in the loop but kept me from having to do the work. She was so on top of things, and sent reminders to our vendors regarding covid precautions, details, etc. She really made my husband and I feel like we werent just clients - we felt like we were special to her. On wedding day, Erika was at our venue and setting up, making everything beautiful and perfect long before I even arrived. She executed my plan for decor and aesthetic better than I even thought possible. I know Im biased, but I believe because of Erika, our wedding setup/decor was the most beautiful I had ever seen. Erika learned the names, quirks, interests, and more of all our important people. She helped make sure my grandmas were safe and taken care of. She won over all our friends and my in-laws. She led our team of vendors and helped convey our gratitude to them. Perhaps most importantly - she didnt let me lift a finger. I cant even wrap my head around how much work she did, unloading rental glasses, decorating our tables, stocking our full bar, putting our special touches and details into place perfectly, and more. I tried to carry one bag into the venue and she immediately had a bridesmaid redirecting me to relax with a mimosa! I could go on for pages about Erika, and there are a million examples of her making our day perfect - so let me leave it at this. You need to choose Erika. You need a planner who will love you as a couple, invest themselves in your event, and treat you as a friend. You need someone organized, passionate, energetic, and resilient. Erika made our wedding day what it was, and hiring her was our best decision.

After a rough experience with our original Day of Coordinator, Erika came in and saved the day! Yall. When I say having a DoC in general is worth every penny, I mean it. But had I known how special Erika would make our day, I wouldve expected to pay so much more. We have had both of our mothers, our siblings, etc., tell us that everything they asked about and asked for on that day was taken care of by Erika. Not only did she make the day less stressful for me, but Im so grateful our family was able to enjoy every moment as well. Erika wasnt afraid of some tough love either. If I wanted to change where someone was or what they were doing (think wrong place, wrong time), she was quick to be the person to do it for me. As a people pleaser, that alone was worth every penny. I cannot say enough about Erika as a professional and as a human. She loves what she does and you can tell she is ready and willing to go above and beyond to make someones day special
