The fence repair company came out and replaced a gate in our cedar fence. They also replaced a post and added another gate in our fence. Honestly, I could not believe what a great job they did. They used quality materials and their craftmanship was second to none. It's rare that someone comes out and exceeds expectation but Jeff and his guys did. I will use the guys again and highly recommend them. Good Job!

Most reliable service provider. Even helped me up when I fell and came back to replace a gate post cap that "mysteriously " disappeared in the weeks after their service. I want to preface this by saying that Fence Repair Company is the only one who returned my messages when I called and wrote several other highly-rated businesses about doing a partial fence replacement. Right away, I was happy with them regarding that.
So we only needed two sections of our privacy fence replaced, plus a few other broken boards. The other companies that I had contacted won't do small repair jobs on fences that they didnt originally build, and/or they require a minimum amount to be spent, which I found out either via their websites or their automated voice systems when calling around. Since ours was a small job, it didnt cost even close to the required minimums that I saw.
FRC wasnt put off by a small job. They came out first thing on the Monday following my call. I got the proposal via email a couple of days after that. I accepted and they sent a utility company out to mark utility lines. I think it was about a week later when two of their workers came out, right on time, and completed all of the work in one day. (Note: it can take longer to be scheduled for the work depending on the season and weather. We were told two to three weeks but they were able to come sooner.)
When they were done, they showed me their work and made sure that I was happy with it. I am very happy with it! It looks fantastic. Everyone that I spoke with (the owners, the workers) are so polite and professional. When were ready to do more work, this is who I will be calling.
At the time of this review, they dont take credit/debit cards. It may be a common practice, idk, but I didnt realize that when it came time to for me to pay. Make sure you have your funds ready from the bank, insurance, savings, etc.
I attached some photos of the completed work. I wish I had a photo of the before because the portions that they had replaced were pulled away from the posts and leaning over at at least 45-degree angles.
Our fence separates our backyard from a neighboring parking lot. The fence is at least two decades old, and it may look rough, but its still structurally intact and sturdy, except for the portions that needed to be replaced.
My biggest compliment has to be that FRC didnt try to sell us on more products and services that we dont need (yet). They looked at the fence and told me what actually needed to be done. That is the sign of a company that I can trust.
