Less than satisfactory telehealth appointment. Disagreed with and denied my request for a strep test, after seeing my throat through the phone (which I found to be wholly undiagnostic). Ended up having to go to an urgent care facility and spend an additional $200 to be seen, after spending $135 here.

Doctor and staff were friendly and answered all the questions I had. Got me scheduled for a follow up appointment no problem.

Every appointment Ive had with him pretty much sucks. He likes to take the easy way out of things for one less extra step. I asked him to switch a medication that I received from the ER because it was making me nauseous, he wouldnt do it. Then I needed a form filed out and faxed to my employer so I could return to work, he refused to fax the form, saying it had my name on it(medical facilities fax patient information ALL the time, its as safe and secure as it gets). So I was left with having to take a medication that makes me sick to my stomach, along with having to figure out another way to fax my form. Thank you for the disappointing visit.

Horrible. My spouse immigrated from Manila Philippines and medical records were on a CD from philippine medical center. College Park was trusted to copy all medical records and lost the disc and copied nothing. This place of business just does lab work, vaccinations and medical record updates nothing more. They referred me to Kansas City Gastro, one of their cohort vendors. This is one screwed up organization. I've made 6 or 7 appointments only to be canceled every time by KCG. After trying to be seen for my condition for over a year I gave up because I could never get an appointment. I finally fired everybody because I have too much self respect to continue to do business with an organization this screwed up. If you want to be treated like cattle then stay with them otherwise find a real doctor and a real facility. This place is a joke but I'm not laughing. Run run run and get away!!!!
