I stayed here for 3 months while in town working. Management is top notch. If there was ever a problem they took care of it instantly. Heather who works the front desk in the evenings is phenomenal. The only thing from keeping them from getting 5 stars is the kid that works overnights on the weekends. He gets annoyed when he has to put his phone down to answer a question and heavens forbid he has to move. He will make sure he makes a 10 second request take 30 minutes to accomplish.

We weren't told about a $100 deposit on to of the charge for the room. Window opened completely without a screen. The toilet seat was loose. Front desk staff was not friendly.
