I'm not sure how to rate it. I had my carpet cleaned in April and the person did a good job. I have a very large rug that could not be cleaned at my house, so he took the rub back to the shop to clean it. It's now August and I still haven't gotten my rug back. I've called and texted multiple times and the owner said he would bring it back. He then said he sold the company to a new person and I would have to talk to them. I did some investigating to find out where my rug was being held hostage and now I'm going to pick it up myself.
