Apple Roofing

Had Apple look at my roof after they inspected my neighbors house. Bryan recommended I do not file a claim after other companies had told me to do so. He was very knowledgeable and I respect his honesty. I will definitely be calling Apple Roofing in the future!

We had wind damage and needed part of our roof replaced. We had another company lined up but they were not responsive so our insurance company recommended Apple. The project manager Bryan got back with us the same day we called and was very knowledgeable. Due to the weather, they initially applied a tarp to my roof to prevent further damage while they waited for the weather to clear up. The work crew was polite and professional- they completed the work in one day. The clean up was fantastic- like they had not even been there. They cleaned things that were not part of the project like removing a satellite dish, leaves and some small tree branches. Bryan worked with our insurance company and ensured everything was in order. Having gotten a couple of estimates we found that Apple offered a good price and they did great work. We are pleased with our whole experience with Apple Roofing- we will recommend them to others and use them in the future if needed. Service: Storm/wind damage roof repair

Professional company with integrity! During the process of working with Apple Roofing to have my roof replaced in the summer of 2020, there was some employee turnover which led to some confusion regarding my account invoice/billing info - resulting in extended amount of time to get my account closed. The confusion regarding the incorrect billing/invoice came about due to two former Operations Managers failing to make sure that specific services, that they both agreed to having paid related to the roofing project, were paid prior to their departure from the company. Although it took a while to get my invoice updated and everything billed correctly, Curt Hagerman was able to step in and did an outstanding job communicating and worked diligently to ensure that all services agreed to/promised by the former Operations Managers was taken care of and handled. Curt did a great job listening to my concerns regarding broken promises made by the former Operations Managers, was responsive when responding to my calls and emails, and showed integrity by ensuring that Apple Roofing kept their word regarding everything that they agreed they would handle for the project. Overall, Apple Roofing did a great job to make sure my account was closed properly and I was invoiced correctly - and my roof looks good as well.
