Shelby has an incredible heart for helping her customers make the best decision for the budget they have. Iâ€™m impressed with how she is able to stay up to date on the coolest designer trends in the industry. At Pella Windows and Doors, we enjoy our partnership with her and Kliethermes Homes because we know she is setting the right expectations about the project she is working on. She is a rare find in this industry. I highly recommend working with her on your next home improvement project or new custom home build.
