        Stood there for 10 minutes never asked me if i needed anything i had to ask if i can order then when i got my food it was all cold

        I have mixed feelings about this location. On some days it's really good and on others it's really bad. The staff is usually very friendly. I did have a hiccup here the other day when the lady in the Drive-Thru mixed up mine and the car in front of me is orders and I paid for their order instead of mine which was higher priced. They refunded me the extra money that I should have been charged and that's fine because mistakes happen. One other time there was a mixup on what meal I was getting and was given chicken strips when I ask for a breast meal. Once again mistakes happen and it was rectified quickly. The food quality is okay but it's no worse than I've seen in other places in the Kansas City area.
