From the time I walked in the door to the service call, A1 customer service! My family and I have been clients for years. Highly recommend. Prices are fair and match the quality of work from the staff.

Called Joe at 9:20pm on Thursday, September 16th. He returned my call within ten minutes and made an appointment with me for the next day between 10am and noon. He didn't show up and didn't call or text to let me know he couldn't make it. Things happen, so I texted him politely stating that I understand that he's running behind, and would he like to reschedule for the same time on Monday the 20th. He responded with "sure". Now it is an hour past our second appointment window and he hasn't shown up or communicated that he would be late or unavailable. I won't waste my time making another appointment. Reading the other reviews, it seems like this is a pattern, unfortunately. Service: Dryer repair

Initially talked to Joe last week and set up an appt for between noon and 3 P.M. He never showed. I Texted and called him but received no response. I called again today and he said he could come out between 3-6, and he no showed and no called again.
