        Mr.Kip and Dr. Warden did a wonderful job. I like their positive attitude, they actually did a better job then KU, and they help My Daughter out as well. Thank you guys for your service.

        My daughter was taken by ambulance for chest pains. The lady that took blood had to repeat everything because she mislabeled the vials; the call light was on the wall and she could not get out of bed to reach it --- good thing she didn't need to push the alarm for help; one of her rail's was left down and she almost fell out of bed when she turned; it took forever to get in and out. She says she hopes she never has to go back there.
