        I called to check when they could come to mow my yard again since it's rained almost all week. No phone numbers I call are working or they belong to another business. They never gave me a call to reschedule for another day or at least something. When they mowed they left patches and made islands out of by trees. Well never recommend them to anyone. Bad customer service. Service: Lawn mowing/maintenance

        They broke windshield on a car by rocks falling off their mowers. Tried calling, but they won't even respond. Very bad professionalism and customer service. Would never recommend.

        Jeremy and Brian take care of a few complexes for me and they have done a really great job. Just started with them this year as the previous guy doing it didn't do a good job in my opinion, the grass always looked "blah". The pictures attached are before and after Oots. They are very good at communicating any issues and answering questions etc. Solid team here.
