I am amazed with the quality of service received at this dealership. I appreciate that Anson was not pushy and he insured we were taken care of. The service Manager Jason was also very helpful and made the car purchasing process very smoothly. We are very appreciative for the service recieved and I highly recommend working with these two gentlemen.

The worst dealership ever. I absolutely despise bringing my vehicle here to get any type of work done because its either the problem doesnt get solved or they create new ones! I could write a long list of things theyve messed up on or have been dishonest about but its too much. Every time I take in my vehicle for a problem, another one pops up when I drive it off the lot. (I have to take it there because of my warranty or else Id never step foot there again.) And good luck trying to talk to anyone about whats going on cause theyre terrible at communication w/ customers and the other employees. I cant wait until my warranty is up to never have to deal with these people again.

Victory Ford is always courteous and professional. Their service department doesn't condescend to me like the Ford dealership I previously patronized.

Had one of the smoothest and relaxed car buying experiences in my life. Jaysen is absolutely great to work with, and they had me taken care of and out the door in three hours. Truly a great experience, and if you're looking for a vehicle then this is the first place I would start. Will be doing business with them in the future
