I had been a customer of TIckled Pink Cleaners for a couple of years now. I wear suits daily and had a need for weekly dry cleaning. Recently, I took a wool coat in to be cleaned and the coat's buttons/straps were destroyed in the cleaning process. I filed a complaint and was shocked to discover it took 2 months and no one called me. I eventually called the general manager who stated she had to run it by the owner. The owner felt they had followed the care instructions and refused to pay for the coat. The GM was very apologetic and was willing to try and come up with other options. I expressed frustration that after 2 months the owner shouldn't have had any objections and should have covered the coat. It is obvious that this company only cares about profits and has no regard for it's customer. I advise no one use this dry cleaners.

I have always thought they've done a good job when I brought my comforters in to get cleaned. Sadly, they are permanently closed now.

They do a very good job at a reasonable price.
