Steak 'n Shake

The food is pretty good, the service was not very good we were sat down quickly waited on soon after then placed our orders food came out in a timely manner. Then we were essentially ignored my cup was left empty was not acknowledged until we were already done eating. The waitress then wanted to act friendly only when it came time to pay.

The food was decent. We went with a large group and the service was fairly quick. The price is good, I had a cheeseburger and fries for under $5.

Only leaving one star since it's the lowest I can, if i could I'd leave negative stars. We got sat down and had our order taken, multiple other people came in and all got drinks and food before we did, we sat there for 30 minutes before someone finally got drinks to us. We sat for another 30 minutes until we asked where our food was and that we'd been wating for an hour, after all that time they said they'd ring it up for us and could off er a discount. After an hour wait we decided to go somewhere the employees actually have common sense enough to notice customers who have been waiting for an hour. 1000/10 don't recommend

Terrible. 1. Ordered a banana & Nutella milkshake. They just did banana. We confirmed 2 times to mix it. 2. Ordered a cookie dough shake. The ice cream tasted like metal completely inedible. 3. The fries taste good with the seasoning, BUT there is no good sauce to dip them in they need a special sauce of some kind. Plain ketchup is not special. 4. The hamburgers were real yummy, but with the rest being so bad especially the shake it can only get one star.

Great food and large portions at inexpensive prices. A double burger and fries for under $5, and a fantastic milkshake. Service was excellent also. Just off I-70 exit 17
