Burger King

When I asked the manager, Thomas, to hold on a second so we could decide what we wanted, he replied with,"oh my gosh. Ok." When I called to report the incident to the manager, that's when I found out Thomas was the one I had spoken with. We will no longer go to this location.

I dont know the name of the employee that was in the drive-thru this morning 4-2-2024 at 7:50 am but this person made my day. His positive attitude is contagious. Great job.

I am normally impressed by the staff of this location, especially during the morning. We dont order very often, but when we do drive through its great. Today due to an injury I had to rely on delivery. Absolute mistake. We didnt get our sides on the meals and completely incorrect drinks. My husband called and they blamed it all on the delivery people. I wasnt upset until they didnt even choose to claim responsibility and blamed it on the driver who obviously cannot open my bag and search through the contents or realize that the drinks were supposed to be bright red instead of brown. This is really unacceptable, but Ive been finding this to be the case for any delivery of any place now. Dont use a scapegoat to justify your mistake. I know this was not the drivers fault. I will not be returning when this is the level of customer service we get when we politely call and tell them there was an issue. I absolutely hate complaining. I never do. It wasnt even a gigantic mistake, but the way it was handled was.

Because its hard to believe here are the photos I found a long black hair woven between the beef patties and bacon and then to my horror another and yet another woven between the sandwich. I ordered in the BK App ahead of time and still had to wait around 15 minutes at the window. I came to this Burger King after a neighboring Burger King ran out of patties and couldnt refund my order because 2 managers quit leaving basic staff who didnt know what to do, you cant make this stuff up. My 2nd attempt at eating dinner tonight is a complete bust, now I have to go back out again and find food. Very disappointed in BK

they got everything in our order wrong but did make up for it hince the three stars with both of them
