JJ was professional sweet & made time for my little ones first hair cut, walking her through the entire process to ease her nerves. I’ve seen Jalayne’s color on multiple people so I had high hopes of her quality and she DID NOT DISAPPOINT. Highly recommend.

I love my hair every time I get it done, thanks to Addison. All the stylists are very friendly, I always get greeted with a smile! I would highly recommend this salon.

JJ Spear is unprofessional, petty towards unsatisfied customers AND THREATENS unhappy clients. Had to convince my sister to say something about having her hair melted off. JJ responded by blaming the customer and ended the conversation by telling the client to leave her alone "OR SEE WHAT HAPPENS." This was in response to a photo that showed how much hair was falling out. JJ Spear first said that the hair in the picture was not the clients bc it was too corse. Probably more corse then that last time JJ saw it bc the clients hair was fried when she left. A threat...a threat from a stylist and someone who apparently is going to take over the salon. It's so unfortunate how immature and unprofessional JJ Spear is. She is currently reaching out to her friends and family to leave positive google reviews in light of being called out by an unsatisfied customer. I recommend any other stylist in the salon, but JJ! She is good at her craft, but not mature enough to handle mistakes and we all know mistakes happen when using chemicals on hair. Hopefully the other stylists can give JJ a good dose of customer service.
