      image We had a horrible experience trying to buy a house from faith realty. The "agent" lied about paperwork that they supposedly had. They gave us the run around about having paperwork and come to find out their friend was the one saying everything was okay instead of a licensed contractor or inspector. When our realtor called them out about lying they said "so, sue me". Also, she was not a licensed realtor and instead a broker.
