BestWater of Southwest Kansas is a business that reminds you that there are still good people, good businesses in this world. Not only do they provide delicious, nearly chemical free water for an extremely reasonable price, they 100% actually care about their customers and the experience their customers have. They go above and beyond for their customers because they care. Here's just one example that I personally experienced with them going above and beyond; My almost 2 year old fell asleep for a nap on our couch shortly before BestWater arrived to do maintenance on my water filters. When they arrived, I met them outside and explained that my daughter was asleep on the couch. They were extremely careful and quiet with my doors, they took extra care to walk quietly across my hardwood floors in their work boots, they whispered to each other and changed my water filters in almost complete silence. They even made game plans while they were outside of things they could do to ensure quietness like taking the plastic wrap off the filter while they were outside so that it didn't make noise inside. One might have thought that I threatened them within an inch of their lives and told them that if my toddler wakes up they get to be responsible for her for the next 2 weeks but I didn't, I actually told them it was ok if she happened to wake up. Even though it made their job a lot harder, they took it upon themselves to be extremely thoughtful, careful and quiet and my daughter slept peacefully right though it all. I've never been more impressed! Thank you BestWater of Southwest Kansas for providing my family with great tasting, quality water and impeccable service!
