I contacted them because I had an emergency my outdoor system was hit by the landscaper and began to gush. I was being charged for the repair at a rate of $75 per hour. The plumber left my premises twice once for over 30 minutes and I was told I was still going to be charged $75 per hour even for the time that he was off the premises doing whatever. The system was non-operational the next day and I called to have him come back and take a look at the problem. The gentleman who answered the phone was incredibly rude and condescending. He advised me that I could live without a sprinkler system which is true but I wanted the matter corrected I was told that everything was working just fine and it wasn't.
