        Our waiter, Mark, was excellent! We went in around 8pm, and he was very nice. Our food not only came out looking great, but tasting really good. Our drinks were different than the menu, and he made them delicious. He was quick to talk to us, and was good working with us. The restaurant was clean and tidy, the workers actively cleaning tables even though it wasn't busy.

        Gross. The people looked dirty. They had no idea what tables were clean or not when we walked in. They removed the strawberry crepes from the menu, no Swiss cheese available for substitutions. The hash brown brick was burnt on the outside and barely edible on the inside. The cook doesnt know how to slice a tomato and the lettuce was brown/black along the edges. The waffle was good and the fries were good. The entire establishment looked like it was in need of a serious cleaning.

        We enjoyed a great meal at the Derby IHOP. The food was very good, and my T-Bone was cooked the way I ordered and the steamed broccoli is the best in town. Our waiter was a very nice young man. We were there at noon on a Sunday, so I apologize for not remembering his name. The place was clean and well managed.
