This was our third time to stay here and I'm sorry to say it was our last. The woman who checked us in was very rude. Not a hello, no smile, nothing! In fact she swiped the key cards so fast that I had to go downstairs to have them replaced. I went to make coffee the next morning and the coffee pot was filled with mold. It's sad to see such a cool place go down hill.

Our stay was terrible from check in to check out. The room was not as advertised, extremely small. There was no front desk unless you called her on her cell phone to come down from her room. She was extremely rude when you did need assistance. Neither TV in the room worked and we were told she didn't know why, " probably because too many people are here " the shower head hit mid back and had to squat while showering, keep in mind the bathroom was the size of a closet. We had to cancel the last two days of stay due to someone next to our room continously smoking weed and it coming through to our room ( we had two young children with us) When we asked she cancel and explained why she rolled her eyes and told us not her problem. Once the charges from the stay appeared on my bank statement, I was charged for all three nights. I called and asked when I could expect to see the adjustment she said we have a no refund policy. I explained why we left and she denied that she was ever told anything about the situation and there was nothing she could do.
