Sonic Drive-In

I live in Basehor and since we moved here the location has gone extremely downhill. Half of the stalls are out of order. There are chairs sitting in the stalls and they have been this way for at least 6 months if not longer. They have turned off the app so you can't order online and won't honor the online discounts you get for ordering online. If they want to turn off the app then they should honor your rewards and discounts in store. If I have to drive 20 minutes away to get Sonic then I will be supporting another establishment. They definitely need new management because what they have now is definitely running it into the ground!

Menu's weren't updated with current prices, menu screen didn't work, and also, my hamburger was missing toppings. tasted great though! love the strawberry mango red bull

Waited almost 45 minutes in the drive through. Almost every stall is broken. Some of the kids are trying hard but this store has really really taken a hit and gone way downhill. Not worth my money anymore, especially waiting 45 minutes and getting cold food. None of them have any uniforms on and besides one young kid running around crazy, everyone else is on their phones blatantly.

Ran by teens so the service was a bit backed up and slow but they were very polite while trying to keep the line moving. However, I placed my order through the mobile app and my order was incorrect. It was far too late to turn around and have it fixed. Im only giving three stars because of this. Overall, despite it being ran by teens they were polite and did their best.

6th time the family and I have been forced to wait 18 to over 30 min for food and in most cases just 1 to 2 DRINKS!! (NO They weren't very busy between 2 to 5 other cars ) Most of the time people behind us are getting food as we wait for Drinks! Completely DISORGANIZED!
