A friend took her jeep to have some cosmetic repair done to it, they had it less than a week and what an incredible job they did, it looks almost new! Easy to work with, friendly, and willing to go the extra mile! Highly recomend Rag Motors!!!

I went in and got great service and positive attitudes and the workers were very helpful and friendly everyone there was more than willing to help then every vehicle you wanted to look at they would gladly show them to you and go out of their way to help out I've bought two vehicles from there before and each time I got a great vehicle and if anything happen to it they would bring it in and fix it also I got a great price and cheap low monthly payments

I bought my 3rd car from RAG Motors and as a professional business person I understand that not everyone will be happy whenever purchasing used automobiles. If there is a issue with the vehicle, anybody with common sense will use this information as a negotiation tool which every vehicle I purchased from RAG MOTORS in Arkansas City, KS was not only ready to drive anywhere, it was thoroughly inspected and ready to drive long distance before I took ownership. I understand that from time to time somebody will trade-in a vehicle that is less then perfect and RAG MOTORS has a tendency to sell many vehicles each year and there are a few that are sketchy. Before writing this review I spoke to Kyle D. McNally who represents RAG MOTORS and he told me the whole scenario on the negative review portrayed on Google. The only thing that meant much to me as I know these individuals to be honest and would also give the shirt off their back if necessary, was that I would rather somebody be honest and arrogant as opposed to deceitful and dishonest which the negative review is 100% dishonest and deceitful. I read this guys review and couldn't disagree more. These guys at RAG MOTORS in Arkansas City KS are serious about the car business and strive everyday to take care of problems.
