Had Welches replace my HVAC system about 2.5 years ago, they were great upgraded everything in my system, supposed to last 10 years with maintenence, which i had welches do twice a year. AC goes out last night, called this morning and the company that bought them out REDDI couldnt find us in their system. When we finally worked around this problem i get the stayement from Olivia, well we didnt install this, so i will pass this problem on to Welches representative, April to call me tomorrow. I said so wait, the AC i bought from a company you own 2 years ago goes out, in the summer, and you are not going to fix it today? My reaponse from Olivia was, well i guess i can have my dispatch work you in today... so in essence, a great company with wonderful service now sucks. When its time to replace i will NOT be using them again Services: AC maintenance, AC installation, Heating system installation, HVAC maintenance, AC repair

central air out fri. ta 2:00 pm tech. left at 5::22 had order parts now 7/8 still waiting in 89 degree heat in my house!

After having the very unprofessional staff install my brand new damaged AC unit. That was never repaired, by the way! Promised decrease in electricity bill because it was More efficient. Which didn't happen!! 2 years later has stopped working!!! STRONG work Welch's, you do Great work.

When the motor on my air conditioner failed I contacted Welch's. Because someone living in the home has medical issues the company sent out a technician after hours even though they were swamped with other callers. They were able to provide a portable A/C unit until the repairs could be scheduled.They were prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable.
