Ive used Kansas Best Realty 3 times now to sell my homes. All 3 times my homes sold for asking price or above and within 72 hours or less. Heidi is knowledgeable, ethical, and works like you wouldnt believe for you. No other agent will hustle harder for you. She is a motivated broker who values quality over quantity. My buying and selling processes have always run smoothly allowing me to walk away feeling taken care of and well represented. I did not have great credit at one point in our professional relationship and she went above and beyond to find me a lender who would work with me. Just another example of her doing whatever she can to get you in the home of your dreams. I highly recommend and will use Heidi and her office Kansas Best for all my real estate needs.

Goodness . Where to begin. I recently used Heidi from Kansas Best to sell my home. It was Difficult. I had no idea what I was doing. Heidi literally walked me though ever single step. When I thought I was lost, she was always there. She didnt care what time I called or what she had going on, she always answered and helped me. I cant imagine EVER using anyone else. She truly was a lifesaver Thank you Heidi!
Update : so when we went to buy our next home, we of course used Heidi. Hands down. Well after showing me a dozen houses, bless her heart! She never once complained or got annoyed with me! 10/10 would recommend!

Especially being a first time home buyer and not originally from the area, I couldn't be more pleased then having chose Kansas Best Realty and working with Heidi. She answered all questions promptly and was there through the whole purchase process.

I knew that buying a house in the fall of 2022 was going to be a tough thing to accomplish, housing prices were sky high and that meant many of the homes in my price range were not in very good condition. The homes and the area where I wanted to live in Abilene were priced above what I could afford. Yet, I remained very picky about the home I was about to purchase being in good shape. That meant my realtor, Heidi Anderson, had to show me a lot of homes. I wasn't going to be in a hurry to buy just anything.
I wanted to get a feel for the market and an idea of what I could ask for. Heidi was very patient to answer all my questions and handle every request I made. I learned about things to look for, problems houses may have and features I would want in my home. Heidi helped me to see things I had overlooked. We spent a lot of time talking about each house and what I wanted.
In the end, with interest rates rising, I was able to find what I was looking for in a new home and purchase it at a great price. This house is going to serve me and my needs for many years with very little upkeep. Thanks to Heidi and Kansas Best Real Estate for understanding my point of view and helping me to find what I wanted.

Hedi Anderson is great . She has gone above and beyond. She is a blessing. Love my home purchase. She is great when it comes to the military .As a daughter of an retired army officer Helicopter piolt of 30 years , she knows what the military needs and is looking for in a home.
