        Customer service was terrible. Room was clean but shabby. Torn lampshade, loose shower knob, etc.

        Hotel could use some updating. Stains in carpet and holes patched on the walls. The lady that checked me in was great. After many ours of traveling, it was refreshing to see a happy face. Rooms are big with comfortable beds. Food & drinks: Great hot breakfast

        The facility is OK. My complaint is with the reservation system. Been staying at Hollidays Inns forever but no more. I would hope they would correct the bill and fire the mess they let make reservations.

        I found the staff to be professional and helpful. The rooms were clean but generally appeared worn out. Some furniture and carpets needed replacing. My husband and I will not return. A new hotel is being built in Abilene and we will stay there.
