OMG. called early in the AM. No water to shower for work. Even though I'm in rural Council Bluffs he drove from Woodbine first thing and had me up and running water by 10am. His wife was kind, courteous, professional over the phone. He asked a few questions, got the right parts to fix my problem. All I had to do was hold the flashlight and he went to town fixing my trouble. Can't say enough good things. No problems with this company! I highly recommend them. Reasonably priced also. 5 stars all the way!

I made the early morning phone call expecting an answering machine and was politely greated by the woman on the other end. Within hours my well was back up and running! Thank you for making our moment of panic your priority and even though you hate to have those unexpected well expenses come up, we are glad that you are the ones we can count on to make it better!
