If i could give 0 I would. Randy is nothing but a slimy used car salesmen disguised as a real estate agent. He let us pay for an inspection and appraisal knowing full well this home wouldn’t be financed due to a salvage title.... which he had said for over a month was a surrendered title. Once he got caught he starts saying it’s not his issue ever but it’s 110% his fault. Hes known the whole time this would fall through and still made us pay. Now I’m left pregnant and no hone to move into. And out 1000$. Hes a crook and garbage.
