CPC plumbed our new house in 2020. Everything works great! We had a toilet leak in 2024 from a broken bracket. They were able to repair this for us no problems.

We've had them out to our home a few times for various things and they're always fast, cost effective and do the job right. Most recently we had a strange smell coming from one of our bathrooms. We called two plumbers to check it out and the first recommended replacing the entire toilet at a cost of over $1,000. The toilet, and the home, is 8 years old-it wasn't damaged, leaking or in any way in need of replacement. Cook's came out next and not only fixed a minor issue with the toilet (broken pipe in the tank, causing it to run), but replaced a wax seal and made sure it was completely level with the floor, then found the source of the smell, which was in the bathtub drain and not the toilet at all. Dave is a gem-he came out 3 days in a row to try and hunt down the smell and found what we couldn't, despite numerous attempts on our own. He really knows his stuff. Total cost for everything was $260. I will recommend them to anyone and everyone and they're the only plumbers we'll use in the future.
