The following statement is my opinion of an experience I had with this company. An adjuster from this company cold called me 8 months after I sustained an injury on a campground that they insured in the state of New Mexico. The adjuster informed me that The property owner had filed this claim and since my attorney no longer represented me That it would be in my best interest to cooperate with them and take a recorded statement which did not happen. They also told me that they would investigate my claims of an unlevel campsite, which, in my opinion, was irrelevant due to the fact that this was eight months after the injury occurred and the campsite, Owner could have repaired the site during this time. They also informed us that they would pay no damages, except for medical bills. Directly after my injury on May 19 of 2023, I hired an attorney. My attorney contacted the campground owner requesting their insurance information. After eight months had gone by my attorney decided to no longer represent me having never heard anything back. Upon receiving the call from this adjuster, having no legal representation, I decided to hire another attorney, but was unable to, due to the fact that they did not have enough knowledge of the case, having not handled it from the beginning. This Adjuster also emailed us a copy of a waiver form that they claimed I had signed. Upon reviewing the form I had no knowledge or remembrance of signing this particular document. The waiver form that they sent us also did not contain my signature. It is my opinion that this claim was grossly mishandled up unto the present. I currently walk with a limp from the injury that I sustained, which may last for the rest of my life. It is my opinion that the campground owner was negligent because of an unlevel campsite.

I'm on a tight turnaround. Jon F. , a FBFS Central Agency Representative II really came through for me by exceeding expectations and keeping his word. I needed some documents and he got them to me sooner than the 24 hours promised. I can't state how much I appreciate Jon's help. More than that, I could tell he cared and wanted to help. Anyone like Jon is a tribute to FBFS.

Good afternoon, On April 6, 2022 around the hours of 1:30pm. I was involved in a collision in which your insured Mrs. Mallory ran a red light and struck my vehicle on the driver and partial passenger side door. I was in shock and hysterical. A passer byer pulled me from my vehicle after he was able to obtain entry through my front passenger side door. I was carried to the side of the road safely away from my vehicle which was smoking and leaking fluid. I laid against a pole for support as I waited on AMR to take me to the hospital. I felt a sharp stinging pain in my face and burning sensation in my chest area and sharp pains on my right side from my rib cage to my hip. I could barely speak until the Fire and Rescue Service were able to calm me down. This has been a traumatic experience for me. Yet to add insult to my current injured state, your insured has stated to your company I ran the red light and was at fault. I reached out to your claim representative Scott on several occasions and he has avoided my calls after taking my initial statement, which he recorded but has yet to take care of just the basic things by providing me with a rental for transportation. Upon speaking to his supervisor I was informed they will believe the insured until a police report is obtained. For a full week I have been with out transportation and I truly believe I am being profiled and discriminated against. How can you believe just one person? I asked the supervisor what will the insurance company do when they find out your insured is not telling the truth? He stated they will reaccess the situation at that time. Meanwhile she has been provided a rental for lying and be dishonest. I know for a fact she is being dishonest, due to the fact she did not file a claim under my insurance she went directly through her company. I informed the supervisor for Mr. Scott I wish to have no further contact with the company or any more of the representatives I will be obtaining councel.

The level of poor customer service is so bad, it's pretty clear they're just trying to not pay claims. I've called 16 times over 4 months, left voice mails, unanswered emails. Everytime I get a human they say it's not their job to help me with my claim. There's no case management. its 2 days before my repair shop appointment and my adjuster won't return my emails or phone, hadn't made the rental appointment or pre-approved the estimate I sent months ago. Anytime you talk to someone, they will tell you it's someone else's job and give you a new phone number to call. I've spoken to 4 people today and haven't gotten them to confirm receipt of any of my 8 email with their requested information they should have requested months ago. They are starting to recognize my voice when I call. "Oh you're the guy we haven't helped yet, so sorry, maybe try this new number." I think it's possible to get a claim paid but you should budget 4 hours a week, for 5 months. Don't assume they will do what they said they would. Call back and confirm everything, as if you're working with a toddler. As my appointment date is almost here I've had to step it up to calling them at 9am, 1pm and 3pm so they make up excuses why they haven't called me back yet.
