My husband purchased a set from BuyHear. He had good success, programmed perfectly for him. Good customer service, too. My husband has since passed away, so I gave these to a family member who had them reprogrammed and is also very satisfied with the quality of these aids.

Warranty replacement cant get them to call me back put in claim for lost hearing aid 3/19/2018. Spoke to Steve on 4/6/18 he said I should receive by 4/13/18. they claimed I received package on 4/20/18, I notified them On 4/26/18 I had not received. On 4/30/18 they said they were putting in a claim with Fed Ex. On 5/10/18 I contacted Luke he said I should have hearing aid week of 5/13/18. 5/21/18 called them again spoke to Terry , she said she would check and call me back. 5/22/18 No call back called company and spoke to Adam, he advised me he would have luke call me back. 5/23/18 no call back, spoke to Terry again she said Luke was not in and she would have him call me back today or on 5/24/18. 5/25/18 still no call back spoke to Will, he said he didnt know what problem was but would have Luke call me back. 5/29/2018 Still have not heard from Luke or anyone else from company

If you want no customer service, buy here. If you want the wrong product, buy here. If you want your order to take 4 months to deliver, buy here. If you want empty promises, buy here. If you expect to complain and have the owner ignore your concerns, buy here. If you want the right product, delivered in a timely fashion, know you will deal with competent customer centric employees, and recommend them for their outstanding attention to detail, then please, please, please do not "BUYHEAR." They are a joke and I have opened a case against them with the Attorney General's office. You have been warned.

Talked 2 weeks ago to very friendly staff member and then ordered hearing aids. I was told I would get a tracking number as soon as they were shipped. Over 10 days later still had not received any shipping notifications. Sent a email asking aboit this and received an answer saying it would be looked into and I would be contacted the next morning. I heard nothing back and sent a email requesting the order be canceled and My Visa credited. That was last Thursday and even after sending another email I Still have no response and my card has not been credited. I will now have to go through my bank to cancel the purchase.
