After placing a flower order over the phone, the woman forgot about payment. Oh yeah, whats the #? No total given. I started to give my CC# when I asked if she was writing it down. She said yes. I asked her why is she doing that? She replied, its how they do it, it will be charged tomorrow. We lock them up overnight! I said, you almost forgot about even getting payment details, so you really think Im going to trust you to lock up my CC# ALONG with the 3 digit security code that you will need? I cancelled my order. Your customers identity and protecting them against fraud are not your priority.

I had to plan my daughter's memorial service from Texas and worked with the floral department. I sent lots of messages and photos. Mary Ann was very patient and kind. I was so happy to finally see the beautiful arrangements! We had two and they were connected by an arch with my daughter's urn between them. I chose 36 long stem roses in a variety of colors. Everything was stunning and perfect
