Covenant Medical Center: Emergency Room

This is reely trash I'm here last night from 9pm tell 3 30am not get in I'm left go home come back on morning 11am and now is 5pm not get in yet it's really trash here TRASH TRASH TRASH 21pm I still here it's hospital real TRASH TRASH

This organization as a whole is trash. They do not do nearly enough for their employees which shows through with patient care provided. Absolutely garbage hospital. Go to Allen.

Went to the emergency room for a pain that was in my upper jaw/temple region that I had been fighting for 3 days and got told that it was stupid I came to the e.r. and didn't go to a dentist cuz the e.r. is for broken bones and heart attacks not people like me. Than the doctor proceeded to tell me he doesn't believe the pain was as bad as I was saying it was and I needed to just tell him the truth and stop lying so he could actually help me. 10/10 will make sure to just walk in front of a semi next time I need pain relief before any one tries to take me there again.

I was recently seen in the ER 1/12/23 at 6:30, for extreme dizziness, vomiting, migraine, hallucinations, forgetfulness and whirl wind feeling barely able to walk. I have a major brain disorder, after explaining my symptoms, they gave me IV fluids and an anti nausea!!! Sending me home. I am still suffering from these symptoms, now have to pay doctors who did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. No sensitivity training, no concern, nothing!! I left in tears, To say that I am livid is beyond words!!!

My mom could barely breath so I took her up there an everyone was getting seen before her an the nurse said with a very rude an disrespectful voice well if you were in a car accident you wouldve got seen first
