I really wanted this business to work out. All of his responses to reviews were so professional and heartfelt, I was incredibly disappointed with my experience. Looked up business to see about getting new floors in our house. Website said open til 8pm. Called 1/16/24 at 6pm. I assume Scott answered. I say "assume" because this phone number listed as a business line was answered with , "Hello?" No proper greeting with the business name or who was answering. I asked if this was the business listed on Google was answered in the affirmative. I said I was interested in getting new floors in my house and was asked to text this information and he would get back to me. I did that and heard nothing back. I texted again 1/17 at 10am just stating to let me know if he needed any other information, as this was my first time reaching out to a contractor. I received a text back at 1pm that same day asking for my address. I replied back straight away and heard nothing back. As of now, 1/29/24, I never heard anything back. Ended up calling another contractor and within a week they were at my house taking measurements to give me a quote.

Like everyone else has said Scott does a phenomenal job. Recent homeowner with possible hail damage, Scott came out explained everything and broke down the whole process. Worked with my insurance and was here to address any question or concern I had. Would recommend him and his team for any job.

Scott and his team came out and they took care of our roof from a recent storm. It was quick, he responded back to us every time we messaged him, and he answered all our questions. Great group of people to work with and it is a family business that is local.

Scott Hintz is a pro! He knows his business very well and is extremely professional and responsive and their work is top notch. We had Scott do a previous small job for us and decided we wanted him to replace our roof, skylights, gutters, downspouts and gutter guards when we were hit with very large hail on 6/25/2023 in Waterloo. Scott came quickly to look at our roof and found a lot of hail damage, we called our insurance company and we got our adjuster quickly and then we received our check. We were shocked at how fast Scotts team got here to get our work done. It is complete now and it looks great! We so appreciated all his knowledge with us so that we could make the right choices for our roof, skylights and gutter guards. Scotts team was polite, friendly, tidy, and did great work! Its so nice to have a contractor leave with everything looking so clean and tidy and exactly like it was when they arrived. They took care with our landscaping, flowers and home to avoid any damage. Its refreshing to work with a team so competent! We highly recommend them!
