        I'm not giving the store in the mall this rating im giving ZALES this rating. Their jewelry is garbage. My bracelet had already lost a silver plate and it was sent in to get fixed and the same plate is now all scratched and now a tiny diamond has fallen out. Its not like i have money to just blow on junk jewelry. Worst experience ever. I'll never ever buy from zales again.

        amazing amazing amazing! The staff here had connected with me and understood the stress i was under to get my earrings repaired and they went above and beyond to take care of me. I can not thank them enough for all they did for me. To them its just doing their job but the staff is truly to be cherished.
