        Use someone else if you can. Furnace wasnt running, but the parts were moving he showed me. We dont stock that replacement part so youll have to wait 4 days - yes, its only 30 degrees out but youll figure it out. It wasnt a bad part, it was just a small obstruction in the exhaust outside the second guy showed me. A 5 min fix with no parts needed. 2 calls and $400 later. PLUS they slapped Burgen stickers ALL over my appliances while they were there - the arrogance!!!
