      image Wasn't initially planning on it, but ended up switching from xfinity to T-Mobile as my internet and cell phone provider and getting a new phone. Noelle and James were incredibly helpful, patient and professional during the whole process. They were able to answer any questions I had. I would definitely recommend to others looking to switch.

      image I went to add a line to my service and the sales associate was James. Him and his girlfriend (who also worked there) were all over each and very distracting. He also made me take a router box after I had told him over and over it didnt work at my apartment. He assured me I could just bring it back. Well I brought it back but the service was still on my account and it was a hassle getting it off.
