I have attempted to have two different procedures done here. In the first situation, they claimed, only after I got in the chair, meaning they could charge me for the visit, that they didn't have the facilities for the extraction. Something I know is a lie, because they did the same exact thing for another member of my family.
Most recently, I attempted a simple appointment, setting up an examination which would lead into filling a cavity. I was brushed of, and told to call a different dentist who I know can't perform a procedure without it being a dental emergency. I informed this Dental House of this fact, and I was ignored, told to call the dentist they recommended, and almost immediately they hung up on me.
This is the first ever negative review I have written for a business, but I felt it was absolutely necessary.

Staff is always very friendly. The office is clean and welcoming. I would recommend Dr Sue & Dental House to anyone!

I wouldnt recommend this office. I made an appointment over a month ago and asked for any day at or after 3pm and had them schedule me. I called today to confirm my appointment and was told it was for next week at 2pm. If the receptionist cant be bothered with providing quality service then this office isnt for me. As a veteran the last place I want is poor service taking care of my teeth.

I am so pleased to have been referred to Dental House. Wonderful, thorough, thoughtful, kind. Dr. Bates is superb and I look forward to coming back. Highly Highly recommended.
ALL the staff is far and away the best I've ever had. Thank you to everyone
