No one answers the phone, very unprofessional Pest issues.
Reply to PMI response to my poor ratting:
The reason why I am not in your system is because I am not a resident of yours but instead my elderly mother is. I called your office to discuss this matter and I talked with a Tim who is very rude. I suggest that instead of writting the same repetitive comment of "I'm sorry, I don't see you in our system," fix the constant issue that are written on your reviews. Answer your phones, teach some customer service skills to your staff and get the bugs under control before you move a disabled elderly woman into one of your apartments. PMI you should be ashamed!

I rented a property and people broke in stole my lighter kept me up all night their is bugs inside the apartments and it's tapped it has cameras inside were people are watching u 24/7.

My spouse and I went and toured an apartment and met with Stephen a leasing agent with PMI. Stephen was friendly, caring and really has a wow factor behind him. Stephen really goes that extra mile to assist and help find that next home in your next chapter in life. He took the stress out of looking for that next home and will work with him again. Who ever hired him step back and pat yourself because you picked a diamond when you hired him.
