I have had such a great experience with Dallas County Data! They are the best internet provider I have ever worked with. I only pay $60 a month and have AWESOME internet service. We live in the country and have no problems streaming or gaming. On top of that, their customer service is 10/10. They are such nice people. I even got the business I work for to switch over to Dallas County Data and they are just as impressed with their service. I would recommend them to anyone in Adel and surrounding areas!

Good installation. Customer service was misleading and oppositional: she quoted one price for the equipment and tried to charge a higher price. When I called her on that she changed the price. She quoted me a labor charge of $89 per hour, but in billing said the 1st 15 minutes were $90, and $89 per hour After that. None of this was in writing. Get your estimate in writing so that you don't have to argue with irresponsible administration. I had to call back and give her my email address in order to get a receipt. The indifference conveyed on the phone was disheartening. I have to say I cannot recommend this outfit.

We recently moved into a new apartment that had DirecTV included via Satellite Center. We had to call to set up our account/DVR and every time we call they say oh well have to call you back and they never do. Its been about two weeks now and we still havent gotten it set up or the answers we need. They have been rude every single time weve talked to them, trying to argue with us and act very defensive when I told them we havent gotten any calls. They claim theyve been trying to get ahold of my boyfriend but literally no one has called and when I said that, thats when they got defensive, but why would my boyfriend lie to me about not getting a call? Today, they called me and I explained the situation yet again, all I got for an answer was well weve been texting your boyfriend, does he not know how to text? In the most snarky tone so I said excuse me? Just so I heard it right. I get people are stressed and busy but to be rude and have a smart mouth is unprofessional and childish. Id gladly give 0 stars if I could.
