Collin was EXTREMELY helpful! He helped me add 2 lines to my account as well as doing an insurance claim. He was also very knowledgeable when answering any questions and concerns I had.

Attentive staff, very polite and professional. The manager is very knowledgeable about not only plans but also all the different devices they have to offer and goes the extra mile to be sure your phone is set up right and ready to go before you walk out the door. Overall, great service !

Cid was awesome. We got there at 5 minutes til close to get a new phone and he was great to work with. The guy didnt hesitate at all to stay late and help us get everything done. Great guy to work with, customer service like his is hard to find these days!

The guy who helped me changed my phone plan without telling me, and wracked up some unbelievable charges that he never made aware to me until I see my bill the next month is over 800$ had to use at&t support to get help with it, but as the bill was already out through I get to spend my kids Christmas money on a cell phone bill...thanks dude. Won't be going back to this store ever
