        As of 10/27/20 this location (Southern Hills Mall) remains closed. Don't bother calling the posted phone number at the store either as it doesn't go thru. Called customer service a few times since things started to reopen to see if/when this store would, and was told it was supposed to be soon but still doesn't look promising. Looks like my one way drive time went from 30 mins to 2 hrs for a 3 min ring inspection, that's pretty neat.

        If I could give no stars I would. I took my engagement ring in to get resized and they lost it. It was never found. So my current ring is not the original. How they just simply "lost" something that is so important to me, I will never know.

        The lady who works there who has fuschia colored hair was incredibly nice and very professional, she also was very personable which made it super easy to work with her. Not only do they have great jewelry with prices on point with their competitors but the staff is amazing which is why I love shopping here.
