I was referred to them by American Home Shield for a furnace repair. They were prompt texting me in the morning saying they would be out between two and 230 that day. At 145 I got a called from American Home Shield saying they denied the service request. So I took an entire day off work for them to no show and my family has to stay out of the home another night because they couldn't complete the call after they told me they would. Not a very dependable company.

I called in for some help all the way from Sioux rapids , far from where these nice people operate. Even though they couldn’t make it out to where I live , I got talked through the situation. The man gave me step by step instructions on how to fix my heating unit in less than 15 min. The mans Business model is true , it was definitely above par service. I want to say thank you.

Came looked at furnace, and told me I need to get my own parts and fix it myself. Very unprofessional!!

Does not respond to calls or texts until over 10 attempts later to cantact him have been made and at that point had canceled the service request. He was rude and unpleasant and even though he had been contacted multiple time and NOT returned our calls, and on our 10th try to contact him did he finally answer.
