Chris was on time for our appointment and got back to me within two days with a bid for my project. Christian and his crew were at my house on Wednesday to install posts and Thursday to install panels. They were all polite and tidy with the work they did. I was very impressed with the speed and attention to details they took in completing my job. My puppy loves his new yard. Yes I would refer "Cardis Fence & Iron Co.", to anyone in need of a fence. I wouldn’t even give them a star at all but yo comment I had to give them one. This fence company came out and gave us a quote for a fence. We also had other high quality fence companies like American Fence and Sioux City fence come out as well for quotes. The quote from Cardis was not even correct to what we asked them to quote. The other 2 companies were correct. Cardis was the most expensive of all 3 quotes by $597 and he said since they quoted the fence incorrectly he would need to add 2 more panels for another $300 -$ 400. I asked if they price matched and they wouldn’t stating they had a better fence. Chris was very rude and said good luck with your fence. I’m sorry but $ 997 more to put in the same fence is price gouging and I will advise everyone I know not to do business with him!
