Stacia and Jeff took the photos for our daughter's wedding and they are AMAZING!! They were an absolute pleasure to work with and the whole wedding party commented on how much fun they were. Jeff and Stacia not only captured our wedding with stunning photos, but they also added a ton of fun to our special day! I can't even put into words how thrilled we are with their work. The pictures are incredibly artistic, and I especially love how Jeff and Stacia captured every precious detail. The posing, the colors, the clarity -- it's all absolutely perfect! I will cherish these memories forever, and I truly loved sharing our day in the company of such fun and talented photographers.

For the price and the front they display, I would have thought my wedding picture experience would have been a wonderful one, but unfortunately it wasn't. They were great to work with and enjoyable to chat with, but their customer service is terrible. If I wouldn't have reached out to them, the numerous times I did, I probably still wouldn't have any idea what to do next with my pictures. And till this day, I still have nothing in hand to show for these expensive pics (it's been a little over 2 months). I would not recommend them for your wedding.

Poor customer service and lack of attention to detail – responses to texts took at least a few days even though it was DI’s preferred method of communication. Emails took weeks to get a response if one was received at all. I chose the two photographers for 12 hours package but Stacia was sick with a fever on my wedding day. She was a trooper and tried to stick it out but ended up leaving only a couple hours into the day. Jeff was super fun to work with and everyone enjoyed having him around, great job posing the groups. It took 8 weeks to start getting my pictures back and I was disappointed with them right away. Of the 550ish that I received, only 200ish were good and at least 20 of those needed some kind of photoshop to fix issues that could have been avoided. (Dress strap sticking out, poor background choice by DI, etc.) I also had to contact Jeff to ask about getting the images fixed, which took another 3 weeks. DI did not reach out to me at all even though it was clear that I did not get anywhere close to what I paid for. I understand that Stacia getting sick was outside of anyone's control but the situation could have been handled differently. The entire experience was stressful and disappointing, especially for something as important as wedding pictures. Thankfully my brother-in-law took some great images and I was able to pull stills out of our video to fill in some of the gaps left by DI.
