I am the owner of this establishment. JP Wilkins has never been in the store (he lives in Montana). He purchased a vial of flavoring off eBay and after using it completely he e-Mailed to say that the vial had arrived half full (that it had leaked enroute). My question to him was why did he not contact me prior to using the ingredient I had sent and some photos of the package (with damaged item). No--he wanted his cake and to eat it, too. As to Morley--her idea of a cheap way to entertain guests is to foist them off on me for an afternoon and teach them how to make wine. Never mind that I do not have room for a crowd like that and never mind that I have a business to run while her "guests" take my time. I told her as much.

Vern is a great guy, always very nice and helpful when I call him (or my cell phone accidentally pocket dials him :-/ ) He gives me tips and advice on mead making. I would have no problems sending anyone else who is interested in wine/mead making to him to be properly set up with equipment.

I called to see if I could set up a time for my wedding party to learn how to make wine. The person who answered my phone call was not happy nor helpful . Our phone conversation ended with "I don't want you here" and he hung up the phone.

Bad experience - I recieved a damaged item and when I contacted the seller to report this, The owner made horrible insults and threats to me! No refund or other solution was offered and they kept (stole) my money - TERRIBLE businessman - please save yourself the headache and do not deal wit this business!
