Highway 57 Car Wash

I went to the car wash last week. I spent 12.00 for the best wash program. When I drove through my vehicle still needed to be washed. The car wash did an awful job. I tried calling the company about this as 12.00 should get your vehicle clean, I left a voicemail and have not heard any response. Very disappointed, you should get what you pay for. Apparently this company doesn't feel they owe thier customers a good service!
