They called my moms dyalisis center and told them that my mom went out to the van and said she was not ready and that my mom went back in to her house. They flat out lied to the dyalisis center because my mom had been sick in bed and never went outside, nobody went outside. They are nothing but rude people that work there with the exception of a couple people.

Experiences are inconsistent. It's necessity for those with disabilities such as myself through the use of access to care. Worse. Insurance has made all returns "will call" now phone lines are always busy and return takes over and hour just to get through. No all drivers are courteous and clean. Dispatch is the worst between them and insurance are constantly making mistakes to where the customers & the drivers have to pay for.
