Our experience has been great with this company. Shout out to Tracy for all her help navigating some snafus that were encountered getting the correct ostomy supplies that were needed. There is definitely a learning curve that has to be dealt with at a time when a health care challenge is already stressing patients and their caregivers out. We were met with patience and guidance and we greatly appreciate it. Calmness and kindness help us all navigate life's challenges. Thank you for all your help.

I have had two reasons to go to this Nucara, getting diabetic shoes and getting a rollator. They have been nothing but kind to me, even when I had to have the rollater replaced under warranty. They have always worked with me.

Walked into a location on Pennsylvanian st. In Ottumwa, Iowa Completely void of customers with 5 workers with what appeared like nothing to do but chit chat. Asked for help with a c-pap mask and was told I would have to make an appointment for a fitting. Apparently not interested in providing quality service or generating revenue for the company.

Save yourself the hassle and headache and go anywhere but here-they don't care-Never call you back -never answer online forms and always gets orders wrong!!
